**Description**

This role is responsible for contributing to all phases of new product development and product reformulation processes from concept to consumer. This individual must be innovative and creative with a keen awareness of global color and industry trends. This position requires a solid understanding of product development fundamentals with an expertise in prestige color cosmetics along with the ability to apply strategic thinking throughout ideation and conceptualization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Follow trends, recent competitive launches & research ingredient stories to create competitive analysis to ensure all project ideas/concepts meet the brand's key identity, as well as stays relevant in a vast and growing industry
+ Track & take notes in all meetings for internal & external team alignment and reference
