About The Role

At Iceland, innovation sits at the heart of everything we do. As a Product Developer, you’ll play a key role in bringing exciting, high‑quality chilled and frozen products to market that delight our customers and deliver real value.

Based at our Innovation Centre in Deeside , you’ll work cross‑category within a highly collaborative and supportive team of Product Developers, Development Chefs, Technologists and Trading teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about food, curious about trends and excited by creating products customers love.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the creative development process from initial brief through to creative sign‑off, working closely with suppliers and Development Chefs.
• Leading and supporting benchmarking sessions, market reviews, product panels, showcases and supplier innovation sessions.
