Role Objective

Provide technical and strategic leadership for product design activities, ensuring accurate translation of product requirements into robust designs and compliant, cost-effective Bills of Materials (BOM) across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end product design strategy aligned with customer and business requirements
• Translate complex product requirements into scalable, manufacturable design architectures
• Lead creation, validation, and lifecycle management of multi-level BOMs
• Drive DFM, DFA, and cost-optimization initiatives
