Position Overview
Role Description - Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, make sure landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets.
- Encompass all product management in Singapore.
- Prepare goods purchase order and landed costs per supplier’s invoice.
- Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers.
- Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks.
- Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant department.
- Calculate Landed Cost per order and update system.
- Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks.
- Feedback for any discrepancies when goods are received.
- Create adjustment for purchase order when required.
- Request Barcodes printing when required.
- Update stock status in the system.
- Request photo taking for new products.
