About the Role

As our new Product Data Controller, you will join a collaborative team where accuracy and consistency in product data are essential to publishing success. In this role, you will support the timely creation and maintenance of high-quality product data, ensuring it is correctly managed within Biblio and flows effectively across OUP systems. Working with Education UK and International publishing teams, you’ll contribute to the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery, carrying out thorough checks, maintaining data standards, and helping to minimise errors and system issues.

You’ll play an active role in maintaining service levels and supporting efficient workflows. This includes tracking requests, ensuring processes are followed, and contributing to accurate and reliable reporting.
