We’re hiring a Product Counsel (first in-house legal ops + strategy hire) to own legal intake, contracts, and security/compliance workflows—working closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and outside counsel.

What You’ll Do

• Inbound legal triage (incl. subpoenas)
• Be the first point of contact for subpoenas, depositions, civil/government inquiries
• Build the subpoena intake → triage → outside counsel coordination process and keep documentation tight
• Maintain a simple internal tracker so stakeholders always know status/next steps
• Contracts & deal support
  • Review/draft/negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and strategic partnership agreements
  • Maintain a lightweight playbook (preferred clauses + fallbacks) to increase deal velocity
  • Escalate complex/high-ACV negotiations...
