Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing relationship with Channel partners (agencies) to garner high mind share and business for the bank.
2. Monitoring of customer complaints and develop long-term solutions for improving customer satisfaction.
3. Work on various collection initiatives and also drive various cross sell products thru collection set up
4. Work on adoption of new technology for improving efficiency of field team and improve turn around time and cost saving.
5. Lead team of collection intelligence unit -Liaising with respective internal data support team/s and publish dashboards & analytical support to business teams. Initiate project for automation and standardizations.
6. Coordination with various departments, Branch Users, RL Ops, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement.
7. Give inputs to collection team and HO to enhance productivity & competitiveness at field.
