We’re looking for a Modern Work Program Lead to plan and run programs that bring Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Modern Work, security, and Copilot on Dell devices to life for commercial customers. You will design and execute structured customer engagement programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear, measurable outcomes for both Dell and Microsoft.

• Design and manage customer programs (workshops, assessments, pilots/POCs, adoption programs, executive briefings) for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, security, and Copilot for South Asia & Emerging Markets, India and ANZ
• Build and own program plans with scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
