Requirements:

BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

10–15 years’ manufacturing experience

Minimum 5 years in senior engineering leadership

Experience leading engineering, maintenance, and technical teams

Strong knowledge of engineering systems, BOM governance, reliability, manufacturing support, and CAPEX

Exposure to machining, fabrication, assembly, precision, automotive, defence, or similar manufacturing environments

Hands-on leadership style with strong technical credibility

Advantageous:

GCC

SAP exposure

Experience in globally competitive manufacturing environments
