REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing
within FMCG or food manufacturing.
Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Experience in product lifecycle management and NPD processes.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of market research tools and data analytics.
