About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Procurement & Export Coordination Executive to manage global sourcing, supplier relationships, procurement activities, and export customer coordination for our food and pet food business. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of products while supporting export sales operations and maintaining strong relationships with local & overseas customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure food products, pet food products etc from local and international suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to ensure supply continuity and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery reliability.
• Resolve procurement, quality, and supply-related issues with suppliers.
