We are looking for a Procurement Transformation & Sustainability Manager to drive the transformation of Franke's procurement organization while embedding sustainability into sourcing and supplier management. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, support strategic category management with analytics and market intelligence and contribute to key business projects such as supplier strategy development, RFQs, and make-or-buy decisions. In parallel, you will advance sustainable procurement practices, including responsible sourcing, supply chain transparency, and Scope 3 emissions reduction, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
