Procurement Trainee – Corporate Division
Support the daily activities of the Procurement unit, focusing on the management of the company’s vendors and site contracts. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience and training in procurement processes and reports directly to the Procurement Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the oversight and review of contracts with sites (hospitals).
- Participate in site budget negotiations.
- Prepare investigator fee calculations.
- Assist in vendor research and identify new potential vendors.
- Maintain a database of reliable and qualified vendors.
- Support management of contracts with vendors such as CDA, MSA, WO or SA when needed.
- Assist with tasks related to vendor collaboration.
