Analyse and validate IT Sourcing requirement from Business Users, Technology teams across domains such as software, cloud services, IT infrastructure, digital platforms and technology services.
Execute sourcing initiatives aligned with IT category strategies, including supporting cost optimisation, technology standardisation, and vendor rationalisation.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including preparation, execution, and evaluation of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for IT-related procurements in accordance with CelcomDigi’s procurement policies and governance framework.
Perform detailed commercial, technical, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support sourcing award decisions.
Lead negotiations with IT vendors on pricing models, licensing structures, service levels (SLAs), support terms, and contract terms to ensure optimal commercial and operational value.
