The role is preferably with experience in handling professional services, consultancy services and other related services. These services are considered non‑PO. The candidate should have a strong background in negotiation, analysis and especially contracting, and be able to understand and negotiate contract terms.
The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end acquisition of goods and services to support operational needs of Sunlife Financial Philippines. They must be highly skilled in sourcing, negotiations and contract management. Additionally, the role should be strategic—collaborating with both internal and external partners to achieve cost efficiencies through better demand management and supplier relationship management. A deep understanding of industry trends, drivers and regulations impacting business activities is required, along with knowledge of strategies that deliver competitive advantage.
