• Lead sourcing activities across raw materials, services, spare parts, and other categories
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and PO issuance
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to improve service, cost and performance
• Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation and lifecycle management
