As Policy
Manager at NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS), you’ll play a key role in
shaping, maintaining and embedding policy frameworks that support consistent,
compliant and high‑performing service delivery across our organisation. Working
closely with colleagues across customer strategy, procurement and service
delivery teams, you’ll ensure policies remain current, practical and aligned to
