The Procurement Officer is responsible for delivering a professional endβtoβend procurement service, covering sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier relationship management. The role focuses on ensuring value for money, compliance with regulations, and alignment with the organisation's procurement strategy while meeting client needs. Working closely with Category Managers and internal stakeholders, the postholder supports procurement projects, drives efficiencies, and contributes to strategic initiatives to maximise purchasing power and improve service delivery. The role also involves advising senior stakeholders, maintaining market insight, and promoting best practice across the organisation to enhance procurement performance and outcomes.
