Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Vendor Management: Source and evaluate suppliers & review quotations. Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors. Tendering and Contracting: Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documents. Review and assess bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with requirements and budget constraints. Draft, review, and manage contracts and service agreements.
