Key Duties & Responsibilities
Local Purchasing Execution
- Source and purchase local materials, tools, equipment, and services required
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up deliveries and coordinate with site warehouse and contractors.
Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with local suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Collect quotations and assist in price comparison and supplier selection.
- Maintain supplier records and update vendor lists.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper procurement documentation (quotations, PO, delivery receipts, invoices).
- Support PEZA and internal audit requirements by keeping complete and organized records.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
