Key Duties & Responsibilities

Local Purchasing Execution

• Source and purchase local materials, tools, equipment, and services required
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up deliveries and coordinate with site warehouse and contractors.

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate with local suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Collect quotations and assist in price comparison and supplier selection.
• Maintain supplier records and update vendor lists.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper procurement documentation (quotations, PO, delivery receipts, invoices).
• Support PEZA and internal audit requirements by keeping complete and organized records.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
