Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of
provisions, bonded stores, and technical supplies Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure
competitive pricing and quality Coordinate with
operations and logistics
for on-time vessel deliveries Handle urgent, last-minute orders aligned with vessel schedules Monitor
inventory levels, costs, and supplier performance Ensure compliance with
port regulations and documentation requirements Liaise with
ship owners, captains, and internal teams Requirements
5-8 years' experience in
ship chandling / marine procurement Strong knowledge of
marine supplies, vessel operations, and port logistics Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a
fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Diploma/Degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
