Responsible for leading the country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize the value received from the suppliers to meet the company objectives
Works with each business unit to lead centralized sourcing and procurement efforts
Works with the internal stakeholder from initial need identification to procurement strategy definition and implementation
Drives supply analysis/strategy supplier identification sourcing contract negotiation and suppliers performance management and improvement
Delivers cost savings opportunities to the organization and assist in developing commodity strategy
Supports/Manages team capability build up by coaching and leading the team
Creation and management of short mid and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any
