Position Overview
- Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for construction, infrastructure, and CAPEX projects
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations with construction contractors and service providers
- Oversee procurement of construction materials such as steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems (MEP)
- Partner with Facilities, Engineering, and Operations teams on plant expansions, upgrades, and new site developments
- Drive cost savings initiatives, supplier consolidation, and value engineering strategies
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and ensure alignment with financial targets
- Evaluate and select contractors and suppliers based on technical, financial, and operational criteria
- Ensure project timelines are met through effective supplier and contractor management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to construction and infrastructure projects
