Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
Manage the complete procurement cycle for solar EPC projects — including sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contracting.
Identify and develop a reliable vendor base for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, and BOS components.
Evaluate supplier performance on parameters such as cost, quality, delivery, and service.
Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and finance teams for material planning and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.
Manage procurement for both domestic and international sourcing requirements.
Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
Prepare and analyze RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure a seamless supply chain.
