Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries - .Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system
- .Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis
- .Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, spreadsheets, and databases
- .Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information
- .Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation
- .Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated
- .Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
