Position Overview

Procurement Executive Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments) Procure materials, equipment, and services required for residential apartment operations and maintenance. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
