Position Overview
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing purchase contracts, coordinating logistics and supporting cost control initiatives to ensure efficient procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves close coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse teams and clients to ensure quality, timely delivery and compliance with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Identify suitable suppliers and manage purchase contracts ensuring optimal pricing, quality standards, sourcing terms and supply reliability.
- Review and monitor the quality of purchased products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery schedules, invoices and supplier documentation.
