Position Overview
Brief Summary Join a dynamic team as a Procurement Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials for construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to enhance procurement processes while collaborating with various vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and suppliers to guarantee timely material delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and create regular inventory reports for managementβs review.
- Generate and manage purchase orders in compliance with project specifications and internal procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve problems, and uphold quality standards.
- Assist in procurement activities and vendor management alongside the Assistant Manager, Purchasing.
- Ensure adherence to purchasing policies, timelines and cost control measures.
