Role Purpose

The Techno-Commercial Manager/Procurement Contracts Manager is responsible for managing outsourced production activities, subcontractor execution, and commercial agreements from enquiry stage through contract closure. The role ensures that outsourced works are executed in line with technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and commercial commitments. Key Responsibilities

Techno-Commercial Evaluation & Sourcing Support
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before floating enquiries.
Obtain quotations from identified vendors and subcontractors for outsourced works and materials.
