Position Overview
Supervise & coordinate day to day Admin activities, liaise and establish sound business relationship with end-users, Authorities and colleagues and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities - Assist in purchasing and procurement activities
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery of materials
- Compare quotations and assist in supplier selection
- Support inventory and stock monitoring
- Follow up on payments and invoices
- Maintain good communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Update reports and records using MS Excel
- Provide administrative support when required
Skills and Experience - Fresh Graduate or minimum years of experience in a data entry role
