We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Main responsibilities: (not limited to)
Answer and screen telephone calls, re-directing the callers and/or taking accurate messages as required. Raising Purchase orders across all departments within Crown Chicken, correctly allocating nominals to purchased goods and services. Ensuring orders are receipted against delivery notes, engaging with farms to ensure orders have been fulfilled and allocating correctly on the system.
