Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations for required materials and services.
- Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good vendor relationships.
- Check and verify delivered items against purchase orders and report any issues.
- Support cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
