Job Responsibilities:
The Procurement Assistant Manager shall:
Assume all purchasing duties across the company inclusive of retail, food service and branded distribution items.Improve efficiency in management of inventory to reduce costs and increase productivity for the organization. Establish a mix of products to grow and develop their food service and retail offerings.Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvementJob Requirements:
