Purchasing - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and compliance to project requirements.
- Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation and issue Purchase Order.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
