Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and financial management activities for urban infrastructure and development projects.
* Develop and review financial models, investment plans, business plans, and project feasibility studies.
* Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial viability assessments, and risk analysis for infrastructure projects.
* Support preparation of DPRs, PPP frameworks, funding proposals, and investment strategies.
* Analyze project revenues, expenditures, and cash flow forecasts.
* Advise on municipal finance, public finance, and innovative financing mechanisms.
* Coordinate with government agencies, financial institutions, investors, and development partners.
* Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and funding guidelines.
