The role involves coordinating with suppliers and Boeing Internal customers., verifying documentation, and ensuring smooth integration into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

" Assist in collecting and verifying supplier documentation

" Coordinate onboarding activities between suppliers and internal teams

" Maintain supplier records accurately and update onboarding status

" Support compliance checks and data entry tasks

" Communicate effectively to resolve onboarding issues promptly

" Process requests for profile update through the ESLC portal
