Responsibilities - Lead the industrialization of the new P1 to improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.
- Capitalize and share the know‑how of industrial processes in the domain.
- Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
- Lead Lean design workshops.
- Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM.
- Follow equipment or assembly line development with the supplier.
- Design small tools and validate the supplier proposal.
- Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.
- Perform pre‑acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
- Conduct trials on the lines and deliver reports.
- Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR.
