**Processing Technician**

**Compensation**

+ **$66,500 – $75,000 annually** (based on experience)

**Overview**

Responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role also leads shift activities, supports team members, and drives production efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up molding presses, install molds, and load materials
+ Start jobs and verify first-piece quality against prints or samples
+ Monitor production and perform routine quality checks
+ Troubleshoot and adjust processes to maintain efficiency and quality
+ Plan mold changeovers and schedule machines to minimize downtime
+ Verify part numbers and ensure accurate production runs
+ Lead, train, and support production staff during shift
