Processing Officer - Overseas Operations

An exciting opportunity to be part of and contribute to the delivery of successful voting services for the 2026 General Election and be part of our Overseas Operations team based in Lower Hutt.

The primary responsibility of the Processing Officer is to support the Overseas Operations Team’s core activities as required to ensure the successful delivery of the General Election. This involves assisting with the efficient operations of Vote Issuing, Vote Receipt, Vote Processing, and Vote Count stages. In addition, you will help ensure proper procedures and documentation are maintained, and all deadlines are met.

This casual role is for a Processing Officer in the Overseas Operations team with an hourly rate of $28.95 + 8% Holiday Pay.
