- AM Shift: 9am-6.30pm (with 1hr lunch break)
- PM Shift: 12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break)

Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the processing application of card applications
- Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
- Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
- Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
- Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
- Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
