Process Technician is responsible to ensure that all process to build the PCBA are meeting the requirement according to client specification.

• supports continuous improvement to meet target FPY, Throughput and scrap reduction;
• supports cross functional team such as QE, TE, Planner, Production to achieve Hi-P KPI while maintaining world class quality product;
• responsible for troubleshooting and repair of selective soldering, router, pairing/un-pairing assembly machine;
• supports Equipment Engineer on creating machine operation and preventive maintenance work instruction;
• supports on machine preventive maintenance, performance improvement and spare parts requisition;
• supports machine vendor when doing repair, upgrade or optimization;
• conducts an orientation or refresher of criteria/specifications to all operators and/ or associates that need to know and are involved in the process;
