Position Overview
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Process Specialist for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ 80% – Production / Customer Service:
+ Review and process agent change requests, ensuring all required documentation is received. Obtain missing information as needed, update systems of record, and notify all impacted parties of approved changes.
+ 15% – Relationship Management:
+ Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to agent changes.
+ 5% – Process Improvement:
+ Participate in special projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Communication skills (Business writing), Critical thinking, professional, analytical skills
