Job Description (JD)
Develop, implement, and maintain process quality control plans for automation production lines
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Work closely with Engineering, Production, and NPI teams to support new product introduction and process validation
