About The Role

Are you ready for a hands-on role in a great team environment? As a Boiler Assistant you will enjoy hands-on training, with a variety of tasks and exposure to some of the challenges that come with producing Raw Sugar.  This is a permanent position at our Invicta Mill based in Giru. 

In this role, you'll be at the core of our operations, assisting the Boiler Operator with overseeing critical equipment, ensuring optimal steam generation and maintaining plant efficiency. This hands-on role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and relevant performance standards. You will also gain valuable job knowledge and become experienced in our operational teams.
