Key Accountabilities

• Implementation of operational discipline, principles, procedures and practices to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant processes and equipment.
• Operation, monitoring and inspection of process equipment and conditions.
• Interfacing with electronic, pneumatic and PLC-based control systems during start‑up, analysis and continual operation of plant processes and equipment.
• Use troubleshooting skills to recognize and resolve process‑related deviations and problems.
• Perform necessary repairs and assistance during plant turnarounds, equipment upgrades, refurbishments and preventative maintenance.
• Use process knowledge and skills toward productivity improvements and equipment reliability.
• Operate and inspect equipment such as pumps, motors and compressors.
