Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Process Operative at our Minsterley site within the Muller Yogurts and Desserts business unit.

The purpose of this role is to operate and run the designated plant, achieve daily operations targets and maintain GMP standards within the process department.
Contract : Permanent, Full time contract

Location: Minsterley (Shrewsbury)

Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, days and nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Salary: £32,011 per annum plus x1.5 overtime rate
As a Process Operative the key responsibilities will include: 
Delivering the daily production plan

Operating plant/equipment and carrying out routine basic maintenance 

Achieving daily KPI targets 

Working with Key Operators to carry out start up procedures, ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout production
