Position Overview
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Process Manager (DASOW) for their Richmond, VA location.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, implement, and document controls for risks and regulatory compliance obligations
- Ensure scope of deliverables, and timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure controls and controls documentation are built in a way that accommodates the businesses existing processes
- Work closely with business partners to ensure controls are created with the minimal possible business disruption
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of Process Management experience
