Process Leader – York. You will oversee the technical performance of our wet anaerobic digestion (AD) facility, ensuring stable operation, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within the requirements of site permits and contracts. You will anticipate future business needs by developing schedules, operating procedures, and supporting new developments in the production of biogas and compost.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Monitoring key process parameters (loading rates, retention time, pH, temperature, gas yield, etc.) and adjusting operations to maintain stable and optimized plant performance.
• Conducting daily SCADA and site audits, identifying issues, documenting findings, and implementing corrective actions.
• Troubleshooting process deviations or equipment‑related issues, determining root causes, and putting preventive measures in place.
