Oversee the end-to-end quote to contract process within the Quote-to-Cash (QtC) function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify & implement process improvements to enhance quote, contract and tender efficiency and effectiveness through automation / digitization.
Define and manage QtC process dependencies, risks, and controls associated with the separation, including system interactions, data handoffs, and interim operating models.
