Job Description
We are looking for someone who can lead process experts to assess current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and implement sustainable change across people, process, and technology, while managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from discovery through implementation and embedding. Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, scope, and quality standards. Analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
